Tools->Internet Options->Security->select 'Internet zone'->Custom level->Scripting->Active scripting->select 'Enable'

Choose the method of selecting your survey location *
Method 1: enter address, then click "Check address" to check location on the map.
Method 2: enter your grid reference then click "Check grid ref" to check location.
Method 3: zoom to your location and click on map to store the details
If Google does not find an address. broaden the search until Google finds and marks a
location. Then drag the map and zoom in further to locate your exact location and click
to tell Google where to move the marker and your location details will be saved.
                    Note: When you finish and save this form your location
                    details will be noted by which method is selected above.

  Survey submission is a three step process. Once you have filled in the form:
  1. Click  "Check my survey" button to check that  necessary information is there.
  2. Correct any errors which show up by popup window or yellow text in a black box.
  3. If you get the "All checks fine! message a "Submit my survey"
    submit button will appear for you to submit the form and save the information.
